Practical Applications, Inc. is located at 12 Channel St. (Suite 601) in South Boston. We are located just off Summer St., in the Marine Industrial Park. There is free 2 hour visitor parking located in the front of the building, short term loading dock on Harbor St., and long term parking is available in the adjacent garage on Drydock Avenue for a nominal fee.
From the North
- Take 93 South to exit 23, Purchase St.
Stay in the left lane
- Take a left at Seaport Blvd.
- Continue straight onto Northern Blvd.
- Follow strait, through the round about
- Take your 2nd right onto Harbor St.
- 12 Channel St. is the last building on the right side
From the South
- Take 93 North / Southeast Expressway towards Boston
- Take Exit 20 for I-90 East / Logan Airport / S. Station
- Take the I-90 East exit on the left toward Logan Airport / South Boston
- Follow directions "From the West" below from this point
From the West
- Take 90 East / Mass Pike
- Take Exit 25 South Boston
- Bear left toward Seaport Blvd.
- Go strait through first light
- Turn right at second light onto Seaport Blvd.
- Follow strait, through the round about
- Take your 2nd right onto Harbor St.
- 12 Channel St. is the last building on the right side
From the East
- Take the Ted Williams Tunnel to the South Boston exit.
After you come above ground, go straight through the lights.
- Take a right onto Seaport Blvd.
- Follow strait, through the round about
- Take your 2nd right onto Harbor St.
- 12 Channel St. is the last building on the right side
Public Transportation

Take the MBTA Silver Line to the Silver Line Way stop.
- Once out of the tunnel, you will be facing towards our building (a 2 minute walk away).
- Some vehicles loop back into the tunnel at this point, so make sure you are facing away from the tunnel as you walk to the building.
